  • We have had a few mail stations vandalized recently, please be aware of any suspicious activity in or near the mail stations and report it to the police.

  • PLEASE RESPECT your neighbors, take pride in your community and follow the covenants by keeping your lawn mowed, weeds maintained and yard picked up. The Jonathan Association will continue to mail reminders to you if covenants are not followed and proceed with legal action if necessary.

  • The association will be responsible for all brush, tree debris and fallen trees located on Jonathan property. The Association will not be responsible for any brush, tree debris or fallen trees located on private property, or located on property managed by individual associations under the Jonathan Association. Homeowners may bring branches that are 1-5 inches in diameter and a minimum of 4 ft. or longer to the association for chipping. Larger branches and tree trunks are the homeowners responsibility. Residents are welcome to the mulch located at the Karen House for FREE. It is not recommended to use the mulch for gardening purposes as some product that has been mulched is treated.
  • Please keep Jonathan Association properties clean by disposing of your garbage, leaves, pet droppings, etc. in the appropriate fashion.
